Resort Property Management is a property management and maintenance company with more than 80 years of collective experience in the industry. We have a team of 6  staff members, including:
  • Stephanie Booth, who is our General Manager and President
  • Sarah Bircher, who is our Office Manager
  • Tahanee Ness, who is our Leasing Agent
  • Tom Martin, who is our Maintenance Manager
  • Emily Duncan, who works in the Maintenance Department
  • Nick Spangler, who works in the Maintenance Department
The firm was originally founded in 1979, and our staff brings different strengths and skills into the maintenance and management of your investment property to improve your return on a property investment. Our team evaluates your needs as a property owner before making recommendations about the maintenance of your property. The management services apply to single-family homes, fully-furnished executive homes, and multi-unit dwellings throughout the North Idaho area, including Coeur d’Alene, Hayden, Post Falls, Rathdrum, Priest River, Spirit Lake, Blanchard, Athol, Laclede, Oldtown, and Twin Lakes.
