APPLICATION OVERVIEW
Thank you for choosing Resort Property Management for your housing needs. The application process typically takes between 24-48 hours. We know how important it is to know where your new home will be as soon as possible. To ensure a quick response time, please be sure the application is filled in completely.
The following criteria is used for application approval on both furnished and unfurnished homes:
- A credit report will be ran, items such as but not limited to will be taken into consideration, late payments, collections, credit score, length of credit, amount of credit.
- Payment history and reference for mortgage and/or rental
- Employment and source of Income
- A background check for both civil and criminal history
Additional terms, conditions and deposits:
- Security deposits are equal to one month’s rent
- Pet deposits are equal to one-half of one months rent per pet plus a $25.00 per month pet fee in addition to the deposit. Additional pet deposits may be required for other pets (horses, bunnies, birds, reptiles, other caged animals)
- A mailbox, garage remote deposit are required
- A cosigner, additional deposit and/or last months rent may be requested
- All deposit are 100% REFUNDABLE
- All homes and garages are non-smoking
- Tenants must abide by any codes, restrictions and rules set forth by the Homeowners' Association where applicable
- We strive to have homes ready to move-in as quick as possible; however, our estimated availability dates are approximate only
- Upon approval, a security deposit is required within 24 hours
- All remaining deposits are required to be paid in full upon move-in
- Some properties may charge for overage on water, sewer or garbage
